Lot 102 of the Heritage Heights Subdivision. The Declarations of Covenants, Restrictions, and Easements for Heritage Heights subdivision identifies the lot as having the potential to be divided. Current owners had preliminary survey work done to potentially split the parcel into three (3) separate single family lots, but the split was never finalized. A draft copy of the proposed CSM is in the documents section. Sewer and water would need to be stubbed to the sites. The property had a former farmhouse, barns, and silo on the site, which has since been demolished and removed. Fill was brought on the site to fill the area of the former foundation. Demolition was permitted and completed in 2016. A well was also abandoned on the site.
