I asked the seller, who has occupied this house for 28 years, what the major positive qualities were. His answer was the house has a lot of character and they loved being there. It is also a quiet neighborhood, close to schools, well maintained, homey, and has a well thought out kitchen. I guess that means you have to come see it.
