15 years ago notable home designer, Tom Hignite, designed and built his ''passion-project''. Utilizing the best woodcarvers, stained glass artisans, and blacksmiths. The goal was to design a ''forward-thinking'', contemporary floorplan that would painstakingly re-create the appearance of ornate, robust quality historic mansions built over 100 years ago. The home took 2 years to build sparing no expense from castle-like entrance that walked over a koi pond, to roman-domed rhinestone clad round great room.
